These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of built2spec.ng and Built2Spec Limited services, including CNC machining, 3D printing, plasma cutting, prototyping, automation/IoT services, engineering training, product sales, and engineering file uploads (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
Quotes are based on the information you provide (including files, specifications, quantities, material choices, and timelines). Final pricing and timelines may change if scope changes. Where applicable, we will confirm pricing before production begins.
You retain ownership of any files you upload (e.g., STL, STEP, DXF). By uploading, you grant Built2Spec a limited, non-exclusive license to use the file solely to evaluate, quote, manufacture, and support your requested job.
You represent that you own the content or have the right to submit it, and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We may refuse or cancel jobs we reasonably believe are unlawful, infringing, or unsafe.
We treat customer designs and project information as confidential and restrict access to authorized personnel for quoting and production. If you require a formal NDA, request it before submitting highly sensitive designs.
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes or to upload/request production of content that is illegal, infringing, dangerous, or restricted. We may reject content inconsistent with law, safety standards, or public policy.
Orders may require full or partial payment before production. Payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., Paystack). You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and bank charges unless otherwise stated.
Lead times are estimates and may vary due to complexity, machine availability, materials, power conditions, or other factors. Delivery timelines depend on third-party logistics providers. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
Manufacturing outcomes depend on the files and specifications you provide. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we apply reasonable industry-standard tolerances. Variations in finish, color, and surface appearance may occur based on material and process limitations.
Unless we provide design/engineering services under a separate written agreement, we manufacture based on customer-provided designs. You are responsible for confirming fitness for purpose, safety, compliance, and performance of the final part or product.
Custom-manufactured items are generally non-refundable once production begins. If cancellation occurs before production, we may refund less any evaluation, design, setup, materials, or transaction costs already incurred. If there is a confirmed manufacturing error attributable to Built2Spec (not file/design issues), we may re-make the part or provide an appropriate remedy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built2Spec will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business. Our total liability related to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
You agree to indemnify and hold Built2Spec harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your uploaded files, infringement claims, misuse of manufactured products, or violation of these Terms.
Training schedules and requirements may change. Where third-party certification is offered, eligibility and issuance remain subject to the policies of the relevant certification body. Participation does not guarantee certification or employment.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the Services, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms were violated, misuse occurred, or illegal activity is suspected. Obligations that should survive termination (e.g., payments, IP, limitation of liability) remain in effect.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power outages, supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or industrial actions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by changing the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after updates become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent Nigerian courts.
